Meta's 2026 policy only bans general-purpose chatbots (ChatGPT-style assistants); AI used for your own customer support, sales, and bookings is explicitly permitted. We never use unofficial or reverse-engineered WhatsApp integrations.
Q02Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. Your number moves onto the WhatsApp Business Platform during setup, keeping your verified business name. You can also start with a fresh number if you'd rather keep your personal one separate — onboarding walks you through either path.
