Vyapti is a product of CS Consulting, F-21 Sahastri Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243122, India. Vyapti provides WhatsApp conversation tooling for businesses, including inbox workflows, lead records, and AI-assisted drafts or replies.

Customers are responsible for configuring accurate business information, obtaining required permissions from their contacts, and complying with WhatsApp Business Platform rules, applicable privacy laws, and messaging consent requirements.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses must review their configuration, knowledge base, and operating mode before enabling automated replies.

The service may be updated, suspended, or limited to protect security, reliability, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Consulting's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
