Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vyapti plans are prepaid monthly subscriptions metered on AI-sent replies. Incoming messages and replies you type yourself are always free.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.

Fees already paid for a billing period, including unused AI replies, are not refundable.

Duplicate payments and payments charged for a failed or undelivered order are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
