Data Deletion

To request deletion of Vyapti account, business, lead, or WhatsApp message data, email support@vyaptiai.in.

Include the business name, WhatsApp number or account email, and a short description of the data you want deleted. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

Deletion requests are processed subject to security, abuse-prevention, legal, accounting, and platform compliance retention requirements.

If you contacted a business that uses Vyapti, you can also ask that business directly to remove your lead or conversation record.
